Hi, I’m Jimmy.
I’m here to help you thrive
What would change in your life if you made the leap
from stuck to unstoppable?
If you were thriving, manifesting, and getting more out of life?
Here’s the thing:
life is way too short to be unfulfilling
Yet so many of us are stuck in to-dos, unproductive and unhelpful mindsets, and we’re leaving ourselves out to dry.
We’re not meeting our potential, and something’s gotta give.
Are you leaving yourself out to dry?

I understand…
I understand what it feels like to be disappointed and frustrated with my level of focus, discipline, and progress. I know what it feels like try to quiet that gut instinct trying to tell me it’s time for a change, and that I’m ready to manifest more.
I've been burnt out, tired, & strung out before, and constantly wondering what I would be doing if I had more time or energy to really focus on my goals.
In late 2021, after spending much of my career in hospitality and leadership, I hit a wall. Hard.
So hard, in fact, that the only option I saw was to quit my job running a restaurant.
I needed to focus on myself and what it was going to take to make me feel most alive again. I was burnt out beyond recognition, and despite years of consuming personal development material and training as a life coach, it took this level of burnout to make me face the fact that I was no longer living in congruence with my Self.
So I made it my mission to help others avoid that burnout and manifest a better life.
Now, I’m not suggesting that you go out and quit your job (despite my friends joking that I’m now well qualified to coach folks on how to [and not to] quit their jobs). But I am suggesting you ask that question…
“Is what I’m doing in congruence with my best self?”
Having lived through some major transformations in my own life and career, and through coaching others, I’ve learned some important lessons & tricks to help me thrive, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

FAQs

While therapy is focused largely on the past and healing (and should be done with a trained, qualified professional), life coaching focuses on the future and who you’re becoming, not just who you’ve been.
Other services like mentoring and consulting are useful when you’re looking for someone to do the work or give you a prescribed list of things to do.
In a coaching setting, you’re broadening your awareness and making plans that are specific and unique to you.

If it were up to me, everyone would work with a coach. I have personally experienced the transformative power of coaching, and believe in it enough to make it my full time job.
At the end of the day, we can all either face our journey alone, or lean in to the resources available to us to help get us where we’re going.

I had been coaching my friends, colleagues, and (I don’t recommend this) romantic partners for as long as I can remember. Without knowing it, I was learning how to be a coach each time I asked a really juicy question instead of giving what I thought was the right answer.
Finally, once 2020 rolled around and I had a bit of extra time on my hands, I enrolled in the John Maxwell Team Coach Training. Having always looked up to “Uncle John Maxwell,” I knew his leadership focused training wast the right program for me.

Every client and every session is a little different, but they’re all informed by the same principles:
• The answer is always within the client (you)
• A coach does more listening than talking
• The client creates the agenda (but don’t worry, we have a template to work from!)
I take a mix approach, because I’ve always been a bit of a rule-breaker and have lived outside the lines.
People hire me because in part because they need someone to listen and hold them accountable, and also because I’ve done the work and transformed my own life.I’m a self-development junkie, and you can bet there’s going to be a bit of a mentorship sprinkled in along the way. If I’ve heard something juicy that I can’t wait to apply in my own life, I know I need to share it.

While I can’t yet know the outcomes you’re wanting, I can say is that you can expect greater clarity, focus, and accountability.
Long story short:
You can expect to GET [SH]IT DONE. -
My coaching practice operates as a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for folks from all backgrounds.
While I’m certainly open to coaching anyone who is ready to make a real positive transformation in their lives, I’ve found that I’m at my best as a coach while working with other gay men.
There’s just some things that are unique to our communities and common lived experiences that are tough to explain to those who aren’t in the know.
